Terms & ConditionsPostage & HandlingBridal Princess supplies Bridal/Wedding accessories to customers within Australia Only. Bridal Princess uses Australia Post for delivery throughout Australia. Payment optionsBridal Princess accepts credit or debit cards for instant, online transactions. Payments are processed via the payment gateway PayPal with the use of state-of-the-art firewalls and encryption, so customers can feel safe and secure when entering their details. You can pay securely on-line no matter whether you have a PayPal account or not.
Bridal Princess also accepts direct deposits for customers that do not own a credit card or would prefer not to use their card online. If direct deposit is chosen as the customers preferred payment method, Bridal Princess Payment details will be sent out with confirmation of the order to the customer’s email address. Once payment has been cleared, Bridal Princess will dispatch the order.
All payments will be made to our parent company Christian Emily Pty Ltd. ABN 56 125 072 031. All customer receipts will also include Christian Emily Pty Ltd as the business entity. All customer credit and debit card statements will show transactions as being to Christian Emily Pty Ltd. CurrencyBridal Princess accepts payments in Australian dollars. Therefore conversion fees from the customer's bank will apply for all other currencies. TaxesPrices are displayed inclusive of Goods and Services tax. Out of Stock ItemsOut of stock items may be ordered. Customers should note that out of stock items may take between 2 days to 4 weeks for orders to be filled, depending on manufacturers or suppliers. If an order takes longer than 4 weeks, customers will be notified by email accordingly. Return PolicyBefore shipping out an order, all items are checked as part of our control processes. This makes sure that the customer receives their order in the high condition that Bridal Princess intended. If however a product reaches the customer in a sub-standard condition, the customer has the option of contacting Bridal Princess at support@bridalprincess.com.au within 7 days of receiving it to organise for the faulty product to be exchanged, or to receive a complete refund of the purchase amount.
All customers must first apply for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number, on our website before returning any product. When returning a product, it must be returned with the RMA number clearly visible outside the packaging, and with the RMA documentation inside. Products returned without an RMA number will not be accepted. Please include the packing slip with your return and wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use a traceable and insurable form of mail for shipment. Bridal Princess is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit. Please contact us at support@bridalprincess.com.au for a Return Material Authorization (RMA).
Please select your goods carefully before placing your order or ask for our written advice by placing a product inquiry before purchasing as we do not accept returns for refunds, credit or exchanges based on change of mind, incorrectly ordered, incompatible or unsuitable goods. Returns under this category will be at Bridal Princess's discretion and may attract a restocking fee of 15%. We reserve the right to reject any returns unless goods are returned to us in their original packaging. Returns of products that have been:- - dropped;
- damaged; - modified; - tampered; - manufacturer labels removed; will not be accepted.
Products that have been abused may not be returned under any circumstances. For all other products, if the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or provide you a refund based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned to Bridal Princess within 7 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, and documentation that was included with the product. Returns that do not meet these conditions will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%.
We do not accept any returns of any opened and used products that may breach the health & safety regulations such as clothing of an intimate nature, ear rings etc. unless the item is faulty. There will be no credit or refund given on the price difference of the ordered items due to price drops once the product has been processed and shipped out. All credit card surcharges are non-refundable.
Bridal Princess reserves the title of ownership for any extra or incorrect goods shipped as result of our error. We will arrange any extra shipments to recover these goods, and cover the cost in resolving this issue.
If goods received are not as per ordered, please inform Bridal Princess within 24 hours of receiving the delivery, do not open any packaging or use the goods as it will be deemed as an acceptance of goods and will not be accepted for return. Bridal Princess may at times pack non retail boxed items using re-used packaging materials for added protection.
All shipping charges for products returned to Bridal Princess will be at the expense of the customer. Bridal Princess will only pay for the return freight to the customer on the event the products where damaged when first received by the customer.
Turnaround time for returns may depend on the availability of the replacement product from us Bridal Princess, or should we no longer have the item in stock, from our manufacturer. Please send all returns to: Bridal Princess |
